Description & Size Chart
A cropped, down-insulated puffer coat with a fitted hood, quilted panelling across the body, and a drawstring hem that cinches at the waist. It's the kind of coat you'd wear to a winter hike or a cold morning commute through the city. The shell fabric has a smooth, lightweight finish treated with 3M Scotchgard waterproofing, and the quilted sections run horizontally across the torso and sleeves. Available in multiple colours.
This is easy to style because the cropped cut works well over high-waisted trousers, straight-leg jeans, or joggers without bunching. The cinched hem is a unique feature that gives the coat shape rather than leaving it boxy, and it pairs well with chunky trainers or boots depending on what you are going for. Versatile enough to go from a technical outdoor fit to a more casual everyday outfit, it works with caps, beanies, or worn-up sunglasses for a more layered look.

Returns
You have 15 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Requirements
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- Original tags must be attached and original packaging kept intact.
- Start your return within 15 days of delivery using your order number.
How it works
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will send you the return instructions and return address.
- Send the parcel back following the provided return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, your refund will also include the standard original delivery cost paid for your order. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, any additional delivery cost is not refundable.
For defective, damaged or incorrect items, applicable shipping costs will also be refunded or covered by us.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
