You have 15 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Requirements

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
• Original tags attached and original packaging intact.
• Start your return within 15 days of delivery with your order number.

How it works

1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We send you the return instructions and address.
3. Ship the parcel with a tracked courier within 5 business days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect — in that case we cover the return costs in full.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return being received and inspected. Original shipping costs are refunded only for defective or incorrect items.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
