These terms govern the use of aftermillennium.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted the conditions described here.
1. The seller

2. Products and availability
Images describe the item in substance; small variations in tone or finish are possible and do not constitute a defect. Availability is confirmed at the time of the order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in euro and include VAT. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments or the other methods listed at checkout. The order is confirmed only after payment is received.
4. Delivery times
Orders ship within 3 days of payment confirmation. Delivery takes 2–14 business days in Italy, 3–15 business days in Europe and 7–14 business days for the rest of the world. Details are in the shipping policy.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under articles 52–58 of the Italian Consumer Code you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your notice. We also offer a voluntary 15-day return, described in the refund policy.
6. Legal warranty
All products carry the 24-month legal conformity warranty provided by articles 128 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code. In case of a conformity defect you may choose repair, replacement or a price reduction.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited at most to the order amount. No limitation applies in case of personal injury, intent or gross negligence.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes, the consumer's local court has jurisdiction if the consumer resides in Italy; otherwise the court of the seller's place of residence.
